A martial arts enthusiast studying physiotherapy, preaching the pursuit of arts, perfection of strength, and prevention of injuries. "Just because you know how to inflict Pain doesn't mean you have to feel it!" or "Train Without The Pain" (physiofighter).

I train in a variety of martial arts, including muay thai, boxing, and most recently judo.

Sometimes I like to take a camera and mix these arts together.

In the martial arts, being aware of injury comes with the territory, but all athletes in general need to train in an injury conscious manner, unless they really like pain and time off. For most sports, avoiding injury means striving for perfection at every moment of "the game." Safety lies in being focused for as long as possible, putting in the hours, building the body necessary to withstand a certain amount of punishment, and studying the movements constantly to minimize any surprises and build your comfort with them; you have to approach what you do as an art.

The purpose of PhysioFighter is to further explore martial arts and physiotherapy while providing inspiration and insight into injury.

Train hard, perfect your arts, and prevent/rehabilitate injury.
