We need repeal of an unconstitutional law that has filled our prisons with nonviolent cannabis users. The prohibition was unconstitutional from its inception. We don't want legalization which leaves the government to control and regulate it (and limit how many plants YOU can grow=there is STILL A WAR ON CANNABIS) Thomas Jefferson was a hemp farmer. In early Colonial times people could pay their taxes with hemp!
