Seems pretty much of a pale Monty Python imitation. I could probably have understood most of it if the audio quality was any good. Like most internet videos the narrator seems to be muttering in the general direction of an microphone in another room.

Oh, and please people: It's a piece, not a song! Even the movement from Holst's second suite called "Song of the Blacksmith" is a piece. Not a song. Imagine if I called someone's latest rap a "tone poem." Or a "concert aria." That's what you sound like to us.

I like it a BIT faster, but trying to impress people by playing everything as fast as possible keeps the listener's ear from being able to savor the syncopations and the holes between notes. It's creme de CACAO not cocoa. Doesn't really inspire confidence in your bartending school to mispronounce a basic ingredient like that.

looks like a rehearsal based on the conductor's casual dress so he was probably not giving it 100% - messing around and thinking about how he wanted to do it on the performance. I have no words for his ability.

Yeah, I hope it wasn't the artist himself who posted this thinking it was really impressive. The person who did just hasn't heard or seen a lot of classical music performed. He did just fine. Could I do it? Heck no. Doesn't make it that impressive. Listen to Sergei Nakariakov play the flugelhorn....

For a VERY amateur band musician, a really GOOD percussionist playing serious percussion instruments is a joy to watch. As much as we give percussionists a hard time, they get to have much more fun kinetically and more opportunities to show off than the rest of us.
