About this user

I'm a veteran multi-disciplinary artist: Poet-Lyrics & Groove Artist/Filmmaker/Theatre Artist/Musician and more. The very first art form where I found "my voice" was in writing poetry. I've always written poems and prose to be read-either to privately or aloud. I used to pride myself in how creatively I could place the words on the page-I still do. That's how poets used to do it-back in the day. But it's a new day! As a result, I'm Introducing, my own style: I call it "Lyrics & Groove:" Poetry supported by incredible Music Tracks. My debut CD is called, "Paradigm Shift," because literally everything, except God's Love, is changing right before our eyes.

I guess you might consider me to be a complex individual. I'm a man of many interests, of varied tastes and many artistic pursuits. History, how it's written and who writes it, fascinates me. I'm a man of conviction and passion. I'm a lover of God and a lover of all people. I have a mighty, mighty love for my people. I have no hate in my heart for anyone.

I have a message of freedom, self-determination and God's Love and I want as many people as possible, especially young people, to hear it. I want my message to help them and all those who may feel disenfranchised, regardless of their age, race or gender, to recognize their innate greatness and make their way in this highly complex world. Long story short, I wrote the Lyrics and my friends supplied the Groove. The result is my debut CD, "Paradigm Shift."

I was leery of recording my verses initially, because words are powerful. The spoken word of dignity, liberation and truth, combined with tight music, is an awesome force. I acquired some great and diverse music tracks and let them speak to me. You're about to experience the result. I hope I move you: To think, to dance, to talk, to act. Mostly, I want to move you to think and then go out and change the world!
