that was my birthday!! I mean, not actually my birthday yet since I won't be born for a few hundred more years for that particular long count's end. But since nothing (except my birth) ever seems to happen on Sept 18th I'm glad to see the trend continues far into the past.

I used to practice my handwriting, too! And not only is my signature now amazing but I discovered that "llama" is insanely fun to write in cursive. (I was a LTAM Anth major so llamas came up a lot while studying South America)

I do think that the picture is too sexy for the yearbook. I like the picture, I think she looks pretty and whatnot but I don't think it's appropriate for the yearbook. Generally you have a yr bk pic and a senior pic to give to friends and that could be her photo for friends.

I cried for about twenty minutes IMMEDIATELY upon finishing the book. It was kinda embarrassing and hilarious at the same time. There are so many emotions going on throughout it's hard to express them meaningfully. It is just such a wonderful read and definitely one that I'll have to RE-read many...
