The smoke looks like it has a blue tint in the video which would indicate oil burning. Spark plugs with a slightly white/brown color are normal. Maybe the plug that was black is an indication of an oil issue on that cylinder? Coolant burning tends to be gray white smoke with no blue tint. Good luck.

you have obviously kept the glow plugs in good repair. this is a great example of how these diesels can start great. most of the time you see a hard start video and in the description they say several glow plugs don't work. well no shit its going to start a little harder.
