Sori to say this but Windsor house no longer operates anymore, its closed. I stayed there in 2008 and was very nice but a bit noisy but sadly its now closed. I again visited Padiham 2010 and stayed at the Trevelyan B and B which is just down the road from Windsor House and that was very nice.
