Philadelphia Music Theater Works operated from the summer of 2008 until late 2010 and has since disbanded. An enclave for the musical theater artist, the new and innovative theater company made its most substantial mark on the Philadelphia theater community through the development of new work for the musical theater.

Projects included; FRESH: New Musicals - Stripped, Watch the Birdie, The Ryan Scott Oliver Project, This Thing Called Love and Vintage: A Celebration of Broadway's Golden Age.
