How can Philly continually afford the expensive PPD salaries?

For the second time in the same year, Philadelphia cop Larry Shields shot a homeowner in his own home, this time an unarmed father of three. Shields apparently mistook Stephen Moore for a burglar during the November 9 encounter. Earlier in the year, Shields forced his way into Josh Taylor's house and shot him, nearly killing him. Incredibly and ironically, Taylor was charged with the very crimes which Shields committed against him, including aggravated assault and attempted murder. Moore will probably likewise be charged. Shields' crimes further evidence that Philadelphia police officers are willing to destroy lives just to feed their
petty tyrannies and unwarranted god complexes.

Not sure about Philly cops being corrupt, only been there once. I can say that I think they are complete assholes. On my visit to Philly I saw countless people harassed by cops down on South street, myself not included. However on the way out of Philly we drove through downtown on a Sunday. it looked like they may be setting up for a parade so we pulled over to ask a cop about it. Now, it's 5:30 or so in the morning, not a person around except those sleeping on cardboard and sewer vents. Instead of just answering us, the cop tells us to fuck off and get out and to get the fuck out of his face before he took us to jail. I mean WOW! Guess we weren't going to see the parade. lol

Inspector Daniel Castro was sentenced today (October 4, 2011) to five years in federal prison after pleading guilty to a conspiracy charge. Castro was the district commander of the cops who most recently robbed, falsely arrested and otherwise feloniously victimized me. Several other cops from their 24th/25th district building have since been arrested. Also, two cops (Liczbinski and Simpson) subsequently died in separate incidents within two blocks from where I was falsely arrested, whilst other cops were injured in nearby traffic accidents. Perhaps KARMA does exist!

Pigs have horribly tortured and otherwise feloniously wronged me, but at least there
is one group of people in the so-called justice system which has actual integrity:
judges. I have never been convicted of a crime because my judges could not be
corrupted. I did not even need to exercise my Constitutional right to have a jury trial
because I had confidence in the integrity of Philadelphia judges.

At about 12 AM on September 8, PhiladelphiaPolice's channel finally deleted my
hundreds of anti-criminal cop comments which I had posted on all of their videos
which permitted comments. Within hours, or possibly minutes, two of my car's tires
were slashed. Later in the afternoon, another tire was slashed. Philadelphia pig trash
may take away my ability to drive and even my freedom (should they try to frame
me again), but they will never impede my First Amendment right to free speech.
I will continue to expose pigs as being sanctimonious, felonious frauds.
Perpetrating unpunished felonies against me just proves that my claims are true.

ALL cops in Philadelphia are corrupt, according to over 200 cops convicted
of felonies since the 1970's. That is not the case with ANY other occupation in
Philadelphia. I personally have been robbed, tortured, and falsely arrested
by the criminal trash in the Philadelphia Police Department.

Why are some people so obsessed with corrupt, bad cops? There are bad apples IN EVERY OCCUPATION!!!! AGAIN, IN EVERY SINGLE OCCUPATION THERE ARE BAD, CORRUPT PEOPLE. Get over it!!!!!!! In a free society, corruption will always occur at some level!!!!!!
