I learned Martial Art when I was 9 years old as my body was very weak and I always visited doctors for bronchial asthma treatment during 5 - 8 years old. From my point of views, Martial Art is not only for fighting and combat, it is including the belief in life, believe in universe truth, religion, trustee on science; healthy Gi Gong氣功 for healing & suppressing some of the symptoms such as allergy (asthma); long-life exercise through silence-mind training; body exercise for muscles elasticity, joints, blood vessels elasticity training; fighting and Combat training are at the end. These are all WISDOM. The physical quality of chinese is normally weaker than other countries such as European. Therefore, chinese need to train up ourselves to be stronger either physical or mental. Everyone should have sport otherwise how to maintain one's own life. Do not have good spirit and body, how to face and solve the problems in our life. These are What MArt teach me. I am glad that I know some highest mountains (Mount Everest) in the MArt's World - Yi Guan(Giant Master Wang Xian Zhai), Aikido(Giant Master Morihei Ueshiba), Jeet Kuen Do(Giant Master Bruce Lee) (JKD including Wing Chun Kuen,Western Boxing and Fencing ofcourse)...etc. It is treasure in my life.
Most of the ideas are based on the scientific theory from Giant scientist Albert Einstein 阿爾伯特,愛因斯坦. One of his important equation: E=MC to the power two(square)helps. Everything can generate three times higher in energy or force by doubling its' speed assuming the mass unchanged. If two times faster in speed, the force will become 8 times higher. This is amazing when putting in Martial Art. No matter we hold tight our fists or not, the mass of our fists are the same.So, the major thing we need to do is to speed it up. Ultimately, How about the whole body mass in acceleration. Wooo!!!!
I feel sorry that there is no steel factory to make the real long sword as long as a spear in modern age, otherwise, I can practice the real sword technique. This is the guns generation!
Please also go through what I had written in the film's introduction before watching it. It is because most of them is just an easy , basic and without power demo. What I wrote is much more important!!
