As a youngster I started listening to Howlin' Wolf, Sonny Terry and Brownie, John Lee Hooker, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Freddie King, Albert and B.B., etc. etc. etc. While my friends idolized ball players and pop musicians I idolized old black dudes with guitars.
