BTW: for all those assholes out there who can't handle this.. back off, don't waste your time and I wont waste yours. I didn't ask you to click on my channel or my videos, YOU chose to do that. So please dont bother commenting because your ignorant opionion means nothing to me. Thank you!
WEIGHTS & MEASURES:
PRE-OP APPT - 12/23/08: 413lbs
PRE-OP,DAY OF SURGERY, 1/5/09: 406lbs
POST-OP, DAY LEFT HOSPITAL, 1/8/09: 426lbs. (20lbs of water weight, ugh!)
1/27/09: 1st weigh-in since surgery: 380lbs, 46 lb loss! Now i'll do the list by appointments because I can't update weekly and i'm confusing myself.
2/13/09: 374 - lost 6lbs
2/27/09: 372.4 - Lost 1.6lbs, ugh!
3/10/09: 367.8 - Lost 4.6lbs!
SERIOUS GOAL: I want to at 350 or less by 4/5!!! CAN I DO IT??? YES I CAN!
