Reality is not to be looked upon with fear rather looked upon as just information. Remember Believing Is Not Necessarily Knowing and knowing only comes from conscious observation of all information new and old.
The mind is like a parachute as it doesn't work if its not open. And I mean open to all information, except TV of course as the TV teaches you what to think rather than how to think, this is exactly why it was invented champ.
