guys, I am a less than mediocre real racewalker, and I can beat 75% of all runners in a given race. So new rules: unless you can run 20km in less than 1:36 or 50km in less than 4:45, you have no business making fun of racewalking.

2010 Hot Chocolate 15K/5K - Official Video

The truth is that this course (the narrow bike path) cannot support 30k runners... unless you want to call it a fun recreational jog. Either change the couse or limit to 20k max... otherwise, not worth the time/money of even remotely serious runnners
