Hey everyone... My name is Ally White. I am an oddity of sorts. You think of most blondes as, well, not so bright. I on the other hand, have many talents. Singing, painting, writing, producing, yoga, cooking... Pretty much anything except math. I started posting vids on youtube in the middle of July of 2008 Within 2 months, my vids have racked up over a total of 115,000 views, and this number continues to grow by the day. I am really flattered. (Thanks to everyone who takes the time to befriend, sub, rate, fav, or comment)
My internet addiction started where many others did. On myspace (link listed below) Anyway, I literally woke up one day and decided that I wanted to, no HAD to post SOMETHING on youtube, but I had no idea what. I started with the obvious. My cats. These vids have been catching on amazingly well. (I think they're pretty cute too if I say so myself) So from there, I decided to attempt to make a music vid. "You'll Never Know" hit 10,000 views on Sep 20 2008. I really had no idea that anyone would watch. I only did it for the fun and challenge of it.
I have been a singer/songwriter/producer for a few years now, with 13 full length albums (one of which is a movie soundtrack for "Adventerous Hearts") under my "belt". Have opened for many major acts like: The Everly Brothers, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Billy Ray Cyrus, John Berry, Tracy Lawerence, and many others. I also front a bluegrass band which I am probably best known for "Ally White and Reynolds Station Band" We have played private events from people like President George W. Bush to Willie Nelson.
I also like to paint abstract art. (Some of my pieces appear in my vids) Many of my paintings are on display in various public and private venues.
I have been a published writer from age 6. Writing everything from poetry to screen plays.
I continue to grow and learn everyday, and I encourage everyone around me to do the same. I hope you will take the time to hit the little yellow button. It won't cost you anything, and you might have a laugh or two in the process.
