@albuorkka Ken protected Nouro and Chidori from bullying at school and he promised to be together forever, in the hospital Nouro gives him a drawing of the sea with whales in it, Ken asks Nouro if he'd ever seen the sea and he says no, so Ken promises him to take him to the sea.
