I have a lifelong interest in cars, raced karts when I was a teenager and cars later. I've been taking cars apart since my early teenage years and I have a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering. I have written 22 books in Porsche. I run a motor book publishing house (www.pmmbooks.com), Porsche pre-purchase inspections business (www.porscheinspections.com) and write for various magazines. I am an honorary member of the Porsche Club Great Britain and have been a member since 1978.
