    Many may not know what LDM is (I don't after 40 years brewing).

    In Australia (Coopers Home) there is a very limited supply of hops & they are not low cost.

    With modest temp control you should be able to avoid this.

    How much yeast did you pitch, this can also occur if you pitch much more than is needed in a hydrated ready to work state.

    Guinness Dry Stout clone on tap pouring through a stout faucet with co2 only. Sitting on 15 psi @ 45-50 deg. Nice creamy head and beautiful bubbles.

    Bottles when cold not too much of a problem, but from the keg with 5 psi CO2 I get more foam than I want.

    There is no estimate of the probable accuracy of the described method but I'd guess its possibly +/-20%.
