    E1P1-4 Edwardian Farm

Archaeologists Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn and historian Ruth Goodman arrive at Morwellham Quay in Devon - once home to one of the busiest ports ...

Hi Odd - His modesty in the face of sheer handsomeness is exceptionally rare these days. And you are absolutely correct; he is the workhorse of the team, the powerful man who comes and does heavier tasks where the other two cant handle it. He is witty and has tons of common sense also. You are ...

    E1P2-4 Victorian Farm Christmas

Historical reality programme. The Victorian farmers - Ruth Goodman, Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn - return to the Acton Scott estate in Shropshire ...

@taxfatcats How well phrased. Exactly right. I've been searching for the 'picking cherries' segment to see him in action. If I knew how, I would make a complilation of only his segments on each episode and post them. Do doubt it would be viral in a very short time.

    E1P3-4 Victorian Farm Christmas

Historical reality programme. The Victorian farmers - Ruth Goodman, Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn - return to the Acton Scott estate in Shropshire ...

In this episode, Peter Ginn reveals that he "grew up in Germany" yet he is of Scottish extraction. He is a very private person and is not inclined to reveal anything personal, so this nugget of information is a rare gift.

    E3P2-4 Victorian Farm

Historical observational documentary series following a team who live the life of Victorian farmers for a year. Wearing period clothes and using on...

The ram Fred was walked down to the gate by Peter Ginn. I think it is in a previous episode of this series.

If you like the look of Peter Ginn - the unassuming superstar of this program - then you need to watch the sequence with Peter posing with the ram. It is jaw-droppingly outstanding.

    E2P4-4 Edwardian Farm

In October, the Edwardian farmers branch out into new ventures like market gardening, all-year-round egg production and beef cattle. After acquirin...

Swarthy, dark and shy - the modest Peter Ginn is the only reason I watch this tedious and hard going program.

She may know her stuff, but listening to the cackling Ruth Goodman is hard on the ears.

Wake up BBC - the star of the show is Peter Ginn - not some historical facts.

Peter Ginn is the dark haired one of the threesome.

He is without question the star of the show - yet is that rare beast a modest man.

WHEN will the BBC realise that it is HE that thousands tune in to see - not the shrill and abrasive Ruth or the jovial but nondescript Alex.

I am sure Ruth is less abrasive in real life, but she is hard to take on this series. The ONLY reason to watch this program is to see the handsome yet modest Peter Ginn.

He is so easy on the eye and I am absolutely sure that thousands of people only watch this series to catch a glimpse of him.

This series is worth watching if only to see the gorgeous but modest Peter Ginn.

He has no clue that he oozes the charisma of superstars.

I wonder if the doddery old BBC will ever realize why this otherwise tedious and hard working program is made watchable.

Cacking fish-wife Ruth is tempered by the fairly interesting Alex.

But Peter Ginn is the main reason that most people watch this program.

WHEN will the BBC wake up and realise that HE is the star of the show, even if he does not want to be !

    E1P1-4 Victorian Farm Christmas

Historical reality programme. The Victorian farmers - Ruth Goodman, Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn - return to the Acton Scott estate in Shropshire ...

Peter Ginn is the only thing worth watching on this show. Ruth Goodman is historically correct but often sounds and looks like a cackling fish wife.

Ginn fans dont miss the shot of him leading a billy goat down to a fence, then positing for a group photo op.

He is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and d...

Archaeologists Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn and historian Ruth Goodman arrive at Morwellham Quay in Devon - once home to one of the busiest ports ...

The BBC are ultra dopey, it is well known.

They wrongly assume that people watch this series to learn how the Edwardians and the Victorians managed their lives.

They are actually watching to catch a glimpse of a segment featuring the mega-handsome Peter Ginn. For such a handsome man, he is ver...

When are the BBC going to wake up and realize that most people who watch these programs are doing so to catch a segment featuring Peter Ginn.

He is that rare combination of a shy modest man who is stunningly good looking.

Peter Ginn is the only reason I watch this program. He is absolutely gorgeous and yet quite unaware of how gorgeous he is !

That is an extremely rare combination in a man. When are the BBC going to realize HE is the draw on the yukky Victorian Farm, not the witchy woman or the wimp.

Why on earth Peter Ginn picked up the nickname 'Fonz' I cannot imagine. He is a million times more gorgeous than the skinny guy who played the Fonz way back when.

I think it is an insult to this amazingly gorgeous yet modest man.

    HBO Series trailer

    Trailer for HBO series.

Music is from Tracy Chapman and the song is called "Change".

HBO are now overshadowed by Showtime in my view. Soprano's & Six Feet Under were great but HBO have failed to reach the high standards and are now not as good as Showtime. Just my ten cents worth.
