About this user
Pesky J. Nixon was formed in late 2005 by guitarist Ethan Scott Baird, keyboardist Jacob Bush and percussionist Dan Carp. They recently rounded out their membership with acoustic bassist Zack Root. PJN has performed on such Massachusetts stages as the Paradise Lounge and Copperfield's in Boston, Club Passim in Cambridge, and the Pioneer Arts Center of Easthampton. They've also shared their stylings on the muddy hills (and midway) of the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival (2007 & 2008) in Hillsdale NY. This year at Falcon Ridge, they were thrilled to have the opportunity to play alongside Abbie Gardner (of Red Molly), Anthony da Costa, Chris Thompson (of The Strangelings), Katie Graybeal and Brian Gundersdorf (of We're About 9) and Bread and Bones.
PJN has just released their first album "Good Grief", with a mix of studio tracks and live performances.
