By combining our knowledge and expertise in marketing strategy with creative production, we are able to create messaging that gets results. Essentially what a Peppershock client receives is a strategically designed result. The tangible assets: TV commercials, print ads, radio spots, are basically a bi-product of applied creativity. The true product is, for example, increased sales or improved awareness of a client's product or service.

We call ourselves a hybrid agency because we're a uniquely blended combination of an advertising agency mixed with in-house video production and graphic design, seasoned with digital spice. As a hybrid, we're able to cater our services to meet the needs of our clients.

The production department includes in-house video production, graphic design and still photography. This crowd of creatives produces everything from TV & Radio Commercials, Direct to Web Promo Videos, Documentaries, Short Films and Motion Graphics to Logos, Brochures, Website Design, Posters and just about anything you can print or draw on. Essentially, the Peppershock Production Department likes to have fun while at the same time creating effective works for our clients.

Drew shoots, edits and makes magic with motion graphics while creating campaign deliverables using his master-class working knowledge of software, equipment, social media and service-oriented personality. He orchestrates our team and assures our high quality standards. His talents have contributed to numerous Peppershock awards, including a First Place Idaho Press Club Award for the Math Matters campaign and a Telly Award for the Snake River Stampede "90 Years" promotional piece.
Drew's experience includes work with clients such as Mountain Home Air Force Base, Central District Health, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and the Idaho Department of Education. His fascination with film and music has allowed him to work with many well known talents such as; The Long Winters, Sir Mix-a-Lot, Paul Allen, Dan Aykroyd and Harrison Ford.

Since Peppershock's inception in 2003 Rhea Allen has managed and expanded Peppershock and has gained local notoriety in her persistent passion for causes. She is involved with the communities of Idaho and has a vast working knowledge of how to generate awareness for a number of brands and causes. She is extremely diligent in obtaining effective media campaign results by planning and crafting relevant and compelling messaging for the target audience. Rhea oversees development of all Peppershock projects, from project conception through distribution and follow-up. As an in-demand Integrative Marketing Consultant, Rhea was a primary proponent of social marketing and traditional media integration within the industry.
Rhea's work experience include work for clients such as the Idaho Department of Education, Saltzer Medical Group, Intermountain Community Bancorp, Idaho Commission on the Arts, Canyon County Fair & Festival and Handyman Connection. In addition to her expertise as Social Media Director, Rhea has in-depth experience in media strategy and planning and has directed many award winning videos with the Peppershock Production crew. She has a passion for discovering and telling stories through visual and audible mediums. Her television news & promotions background provides investigative, documentary, testimonial and "edutainment" style to her celebrated work.
Rhea Allen, Peppershock President, is frequently called upon to speak to non-profit, professional and civic organizations, to share her expertise in the advertising and marketing fields. In 2008, Peppershock was responsible in securing a "Smart Women, Smart Money" grant from Zion's Bank for the Nampa Family Justice Center to produce an awareness and event promotion campaign. Rhea's involvement in the community has brought Peppershock many opportunities to forge great partnerships and relationships with numerous businesses throughout the entire Treasure Valley and Pacific Northwest Region.
As a community leader Rhea has served on several boards and committees and deeply understands the intricacies of a working board. Currently she is a Nampa Rotary Club Board Member, a Nampa Chamber of Commerce Board Member and in the past was a founding member of the Boise Young Professionals group where she was an instrumental part in building what is now a group of over 1000 members. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Pix Theatre Foundation, working toward renovating the old Pix Theatre and helped start NYPD (Nampa Young Professional Division of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce). She recently contributed her efforts to the Go Red for Women campaign for the American Heart Association and provides brand consulting with a team of experts to the Girl Scouts of Silver Sage of Idaho.
