When an artist is burning to express pushed by the emergency or by the true interest of an exhibiton thematic he can ask to another artist " can I use some of your space ?" . it is an artist to artist aggreement . artist own their exhibition spaces . Penetrations have been successfull at the Venice Biennial 2007 ( 4 national pavillon ) at the Istanbul Biennial 2007 , at the Athens Biennial 2007 but in Copenhagen ( Denmark ) despite aggreement with the artist the penetration was erased selectvely .In 2009 a "Penetration Biennial will be organized in Copenhagen , meanwhile the penetration teams are in practise all over .
