I've tried this same route with a Regrowth Pendant and 1 pot instead of Cloth Armor and 5 pots. I feel like it's more cost-efficient, since I can build it into Philosopher's Stone and get early gold/10 and better sustain. It's just as safe, too. I never get low on health.
