The Peck House historic hotel and restaurant is the oldest still operating hotel in Colorado. Located in the small town of Empire, Colorado a visit will take you back in time. The Peck House was built in 1862 by James Peck and his family. The rooms at The Peck House feature antique furnishings some that originally traveled by ox cart with Mrs. Peck.
