Make sure you have suitable footwear for running. I tried some running when I was your age but did not pay attention to shoes and aggravated an arch problem. I do plenty of walking now - with proper footwear.

your rendition reminds me of folk revival artist Eric Andersen - perhaps the intimacy of your voice.

The guitar work is not like Andersen's but the style of playing reminds me of other acoustic folk guitarists I loved when I was in college in the '60s.
