Do not crush the berries like this. Please take the time to dice them up because when you mix in the sugar and pectin, you are stiring it again and again so there will be hardly any chunks left plus it will never really set right.

I use liquid pectin instead because you don't have to boil the pectin as it's completely cook free. I'm really loving this flavor of fresh strawberries compared to the cooked jams. It's also easy to make your own fruit combos, everyone should try this it's so epic.
