Searching for laws against Nanjing Massacre denial and racial discrimination
Proclamation
YouTubers' World Peace Chapter 2007
May 22, 2007
We'd like to propose the following resolution to YouTubers. Although it is officially non-binding we hope it will take effect to change Japan along with Rep. Mike Honda's House Resolution 121 and finally put an end to the whole history issue that has long been annoying China, Japan and the world.
YouTubers' World Peace Chapter 2007 requests: the Government of Japan
(1) should formally acknowledge, apologize, and accept historical responsibility in a clear and unequivocal manner for having deceived Japanese people and the world by denying the Nanjing Massacre for 70 long years.
(2) should have this official apology given as a public statement presented by the Prime Minister of Japan in his official capacity;
(3) should clearly and publicly refute any claims and punish, to stop racial discrimination, those that deny or distort the war crimes such as the Nanjing Massacre, the Unit 731 and the "comfort women" that its Imperial Army during World War II committed.
(4) should educate current and future generations about this horrible crime while following the recommendations of the international community with respect to the Nanjing Massacre.
