You know volume doesn't mean rep count I hope. You could only do 8 reps or even less per set and still do high volume. high volume is determined by number of sets/exercise per muscle group... i.e. German Volume Training. Never stop learning bro. Try 10 sets of 10 on squats with 315 one day with 9...
