I am Chinese. But frankly speaking, if you say "你好吗?" to Chinese, they may feel a little weird. That's not our speaking habit. At least, I think so. When I hear someone say to me "你好吗?", I can totally claim that he is not Chinese or his mother language is not Chinese. "ni hao ma?" is just a verba...
