Dear Bob...I've enjoyed your musical offerings, and now I'll enjoy your fitness videso. I used to be in pretty fine shape, in my youth adn middle age. Then, about 7 years ago, I became seriously ill, almost died, and lost it all. Recovery was long, and I somehow have not been able to get back to the gym regularly. I'm okay now, and would love to recover some, if not all of my past glory. Not as magnificent as yours, but it was good, for my dinky little size. I'm now 59, and am not happy with how I look and feel about my body. I know it's not the whole me, but it's a big part of me I enjoyed most of my life. I miss looking and feeling great. Thank you for offering your experience and expertise. Very nice.

Thanks for becoming a friend. I adore the vintage tunes, as well. I especially love old advertising. My YouTube name is from the old Burger Chef chain that I always went to as a kid. They were eventually taken over by Hardee's. ---Jamie
