You will then spawn in the world in which this competition takes place. A message board will be there with more information and the rules for the competition.
IMPORTANT

ABOUT THIS COVER: I've always enjoyed watching double drummers and have often thought about recording with two drummers. When I heard Lady GaGa's Telephone, I thought that it might just be the right song to experiment with.
I set out to find another drummer with a "similar" style that would also be looking to have fun jamming to this song, and, be easy to work with...
ATTENTION DRUM CRITICS: neither of "US" ;-) were looking to be 100% accurate to the original drums, or just hold down a steady groove, as one (or two) might need to do in a session.
I view this and my other covers as individual mini performances. My goal is always to enjoy the song the way I'm feelin it... and this time... "WE BOTH DID"!!!!!!
My Kit: is a Shine Drums, Select Custom Maple Series 12x9, 14x14, 16x16, 22x18, 14x6.5 White Sand Sparkle.
My cymbals are Zildjian "A" Custom, consisting of 14" hats, 16" & 18" crash, 10" splash, 20" Ride and an 18" china.
My sticks, (what's left of 'em) are Vic Firths 5B
My Team: I love to play drums, but when it comes to getting these covers done... without the help of my friends, Bobby Keegan (Director Extraordinaire), Lucas Marchesani, and my mix mystro Matt Feldner, it could not happen!

About This Cover: A Day To Remember is truly an awesome band with a Great sound. I selected their song "The Downfall Of Us All" because it was the song you guys most requested!
As with all my covers, I was NOT looking to be 100% accurate to the original drums, nor was I looking to just hold down a steady groove. Instead, I view this (and my other covers) as kind of an individual mini performance. My goal was to enjoy the song and play it the way I was feelin it... and... I did!! I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did playing it!!
My Kit: is a Shine Drums, Select Custom Maple Series 12x9, 14x14, 16x16, 22x18, 14x6.5 White Sand Sparkle. My double bass peddle is the Iron Cobra Power Glide.
My Cymbals are Zildjian "A" Custom, consisting of 14" hats, 16" & 18" crash, 10" splash, 20" Ride and an 18" china.
My sticks, (what's left of 'em) are Vic Firths 5B
Audio Recording: The microphones I use are Digital Reference. I record using 7 drum microphones in all, consisting of 2 DR-HX1 Condenser mics for my overheads, 4 DR-STX1 Snare/Tom mics and 1 DR-KX1 Kick Drum mic. My microphones are run via 7 / 20ft Prolink Ultraflx Monster Cables into my interface, which is an Alesis io/26. From there it goes direct to my computer via firewire. For mixing and mastering I am using Steinberg Nuendo III.
Video Recording: The videos are recorded using Canon Rebel T2i cameras and Apple Final Cut II for editing software.
My Team: I love to play drums, but when it comes to getting these covers done... without the help of my friends, Bobby Keegan (Director Extraordinaire), Lucas Marchesani and my mix mystro Matt Feldner, it could not happen!
