DUDE!! Mine did exactly the same thing. After a huge fight, Mazda finally replaced my wiper motors. They couldn't replicate the issue, so they didn't want to replace anything. Glad I'm not the only one. Go show them this vid if you haven't already, that's a big safety issue. Good luck.
