It was a great weekend indeed. Fantastic weather, fun with the podium and victory laps (and nice long breaks between sessions for us Marshalls), good racing.

As cool as it is to see the new car in your shop...the complete and utter dismantling of the tub crate is fascinating! Are all those 2 by 4's and other pieces going to be reused?

A modern F1 or IndyCar generates so much drag that even lifting off the throttle generates over 1G of braking. Modern open-wheel ...

I loved these helmet cams in the ChampCar series in 2007. Why have they not shown up in regular-season coverage of the IICS?

Danica's a good person and a great ambassador...but she has been a lousy road racing driver. We'll miss her following but frankly the biggest impression she has made on a street circuit is when she ended up in a port-a-potty at St. Petersburg a couple of years ago.

I love the G's acting on her long straight hair! What a neat illustration of the forces involved!

Le Mans-style sports car racing is so incredibly cool, and all these great vids from Baltimore convince me even more that it isn't marketed at all to not be wildly popular. The cars are just sexy, the competition is fierce, the stories are good....but the IMSA marketing department must be asleep :)

@akchronzle907 What exactly does the government have to do with it? This is a private craft with private customers. Rich folks can do what they like with their cash AFAIK. This probably doesn't cost that much more than a particularly extravagant cruise.
