Eric wrote a beautiful song and can play that guitar, but I have to say that Finbar Furey sings the version that brings a tear to your eye.

Hi mate, same as, just turned down the slippery slope, maybe it's just an age thing but the music today doesn't seem to be of the same calibre as way back when....

Liam had a voice like honey, the only other singer that equalled him is Luke, both were absolutely incomparable

Superb band, I'm nearly 60 and have seen most of the "big boys" these lads can really play and hopefully will be around for a long time

The Floyd have always been with me, I'm one of the lucky "oldies" what a band, shame they couldn't have kept going throughout the years. They would have been even more legendary than they are now (if that's possible)

Be God Sharon can play that accordion, try listening to her and Dessie O'Halloran doing "say you love me" Dessie's voice is sh*te but the music has a really good Cajun/Paddy sound to it.
