Patrik Jaros owes his passion for cooking to his grandmother, as already as a little child he stood in her kitchen and watched the steaming pots. Awarded a Michelin star he was the youngest award-winning chef in Germany and he worked as head chef in Eckart Witzigmanns restaurant Aubergine in Munich and achieved the 3rd place at the „Bocuse dOr, a world cooking championship in Lyon. Today Patrik Jaros owns and operates several restaurants in Cologne. He offers consulting services and develops new food concepts and gastronomic training programmes and adapts international food concepts to the D/A/CH market. He is the author and food stylist of numerous successful cookbooks.
