Saw Marshall Tucker at a small High School auditorium in Columbia South Carolina around the time the LP. "Carolina Dreams." came out.. The crowd was wild and the band was great,,,,I will never forget the drunk hilljack who shouted out, "Marshall Tuckers a Motherf**cker," and the band started rock...

I too don't care about politics when it comes to music. If I used the political beliefs as a determining factor whether I like the artist or not...i wouldn't have any favorite artists..

David Bowie once remarked, "The Kinks are the best thing out of England since the Rolling Stones." I must agree. I remember a stretch from 1979 to 1982 I saw the Kinks like 5 times in a row as the toured each time during that period. Just awesome. The Kinks ROCK!

@48peggysue. I was in the crowd as well and I can only say that angels do exist because that is the only explanation as to why I am still here. I too do not blame The Who...It was coliseum management that is to blame....I never knew your sister but I so think of her and the others every day... Go...

I was there in the crowd the night before in Cincinnati and I am lucky to be alive now. Angels must exist as that is the only way I escaped with my life....The Who handled it as well as they could have....The Who rocks...

@marco64galrza one last thing. When Perry is saying, "Either they like you for who you are they don't." in this video that is what he was talking about the people in front were obnoxious but Journey played right through it. It made me like Journey more because of it.
