We specialize in custom run products from individual concept prototypes to large volume production. We have a 25,000 sq ft state of the art facility for the production of the hard to find pastry products.

Pastry Smarts line of products focus on supplying Silicon Valleys Technology Sector Elite. We supply our customers a customized product line that fits the a la carte café to the in house catering operation.
Old World Mills our newest brand brings a line of organic half-baked (really 85% baked) artisan bread products. Currently distributed in the San Francisco Bay area, Utah, Colorado, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Dallas Texas. We provide customized bread solutions for restaurant chains and 4 and 5 star hotels.
Pastry Smart LLC is a company that offers many consulting services. Menu development, bakery kitchen design, and product development and analysis. Our in-house lab also does analysis of confectionery products for other candy manufacturers.
