Beautiful historic church arisen from the ashes. Built about 1753 fir the German settlers including Conrads, Sawlers, a whole lot of others. Most on the South Shore, and basically all with Lunenburg roots, have ancestors belonging to this church

WOW these are awesome videos. Henry Alline preached the 1st sermon in the Lockeport area - which I believe he called Ragged Islands, at the log cabin of Jonathan Locke. He had a tremendous testimony.
