Dr. Charles Martin is an internationally known worship instrumentalist, evangelist, author, pastor, and teacher. Ministering extensively around the world Dr. Martin inspires people to develop a stronger relationship with God and to become kingdom minded dominion oriented believers that overcome the odds to see God express himself through them in their respective calls. Dr. Martin is the founder and senior pastor of Integritys Voice of Victory Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Wichita, Kansas. He is also the president of the Kings Table Leadership in Business Counsel—a bimonthly gathering of entrepreneurs and business leaders. Dr. Martin hosts the local TBN in Oklahoma and is featured ministering instrumentally worldwide on INSP network. Integritys Voice television broadcast airs every Sunday morning across the states of Oklahoma, Florida and Kansas.

He is also a popular author. His books include Relationship Technology, Tangible Anointing, When Young Men Dream, and Halls Walls Doors and Rooms. Dr. Martin has earned his Bachelors degree in the arts, a Masters degree in music and his Doctorate degree in theological studies. He is also a proud father of four and a husband of 18 years. He and his wife Pastor Paula reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
