For those of you out there that just started viewing my videos, and want to know about how I maintain my hair, this is for you:
The key is moisture! For my hair, I wash with any shampoo, nothing special. I used to use BioSilk's black shampoo, but I can't find it anywhere now. To condition, I use CHI's Infra Treatment, JOICO's Reconstructor, which is a deep conditioner. I don't relax my hair, so I only wash once every 5-7 days. Before I blow dry and straighten, I apply either Silk Results hair serum, CHI's Silk Infusion, or BioInfusion hair serum. The CHI Silk Infusion is best for me though, since my hair soaks everything up. Then I blow dry. After that, I straighten. I recommend using either any size CHI or CHI Turbo flat iron, or Amika flat iron. After doing that, you can style however you want, or wrap it up. I suggest wrapping your hair before sleeping in order to keep friction from rubbing against your pillow.
If I color my hair, I use Revlon's Colorist in Black. Make sure to use the conditioner that comes with it to maintain the color!
