| | Forgiveness for Sins Even Though They Be like the Foam of the Sea:
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Allah's Apostle (SAW) said, "Whoever says, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi, {Allah is free from imperfection and His is the praise}. one hundred times a day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the sea. (Bukhari,Book #75, Hadith #414)

7 Tips for Memorizing the Qur'an
------------------------------
1. Have a pure intention
Do it only for the sake of Allah, to please your Creator, to learn
about the deen, and to increase your Iman and Taqwa.
2. Memorize away from distractions
Choose a quiet, secluded place, away from the people and
activity that may keep your eyes, ears, and mind occupied.
When memorising Qur'an, there's only one thing you should be
thinking about.
3. Recite aloud
Recite out loud in a melodious tone.
This allows your tongue to "practice" what you recite, and
greatly strengthens your grasp of what you memorize.
4. Be organized and persistant
Memorize on a regular basis, without any extended "breaks"
from your routine.
It may also help to memorize in a set place and at a set time.
The best time is after Fajr, and the best place is the House of
Allah.
5. Work together
Have an expert in Tajweed who you turn to, to help you perfect
pronunciation.
Memorize with others. Encourage each other, help out, and
even compete, like the Sahaba used to compete in good deeds.
6. Stay with Allah
Always make du'aa that Allah eases memorization for you.
Believe it or not, but sins take away from your memory.
So repent to Allah for your past sins, and stay far away from
the disobedience of Allah.
7. Keep going
Insha-Allah, even when you completely memorize the book of
Allah, you are never done with your mission.
You always need to review, both after memorising, and along
the way.
