Yes. Although the song is about a woman named Fanny, the double entendre is intentional; as it was in most of Benny Bell's songs. Just in case you're interested, I gave a list of other songs that he did this way in an earlier post.

Weird Al has stated repeatedly that Allan Sherman was one of his major inspirations, along with Spike Jones, Tom Lehrer, and all of the artists played on the Dr Demento Show in the 70's. In my opinion, Al and Allan are equally masters of the parody genre.

Eminem did NOT sue Weird Al, the controversy was over the fact that he put a rider on his permission that Weird Al could do a parody of the song, but not of the VIDEO, which Al was kinda bummed about. You are the one who should do your research.

One of the best ex-bashing songs out there is "Great Idea For A Song" by The Worm Quartet. It was the most requested song on the Dr Demento Show in 2004, so you could probably stream it from Dr D's website.
