a new start

after 20 years working in chile, germany (berlin) and spain (barcelona) like a social worker based on theater pedagogy, i decided to stop and started to help myself...that´s mean to accept and help myself before i try to change the word and maybe learn to accept facts that are unable to change.
Music, theater and dance will be allways a empowering motivation for me, but now i know that through meditation, i can get more happiness for my soul.
