30 Ton ladles? Thats sick! Our heavies casting is about 180 lbs.... They're all done by hand, as allot of them need to poured quick to fill out properly. And you cant cook them too hot, as we'll get shrink holes in the finished pattern.

Those are some small castings where I work at we pour out of 30 ton ladles..Housings and spindles.
