The word, 'Bonny' means beautiful in Scottish dialect, but is often refered to a baby girl in the context of being pretty, or attractive. Today the term pretty boy is often used, but well meant. I have to admit Tony Hicks still looks better than me, even at the age he is now.

All art is pretentious. In fact as Oscar Wilde said, "Art is useless." It does not proclaim to be based on truth, or fact, but rhetoric. Indeed, it is all for show. With modern art you either get it or you don't. It is like a joke, that after a while becomes stale and no longer amusing.
