After my Surgery severe arthritis began to form into my joint afterwards. I have had arthritis in my spine and arthritis in hands feet and shoulder. I have discovered that I also needed to modify my diet , I call this my arthritis relief diet plan by leaving off white bread and sugar which aggravate arthritis in joints; knees, hands and back. Using an appropriate arthritis relief diet is important with arthritis pain. I have searched for natural remedies for arthritis pain because of side effects on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) meds. When I had surgery on knee and later read that one would be sure to have severe knee arthritis within two years, how true. I later had a complete knee replacement which has helped a lot with my knee arthritis pain. Arthritis seems to be worse in cold and early in morning after arising. While searching for natural arthritis pain relief I was introduced to Provailen and was told to take one tablet three times daily for week, then back to two per day for arthritis pain. This helped but still had arthritis knee pain and also in my hands. I decided to take one Provailen tablet before each meal and then one at bedtime! The pain was 95% controlled, now have backed up to two Provailen tablets daily with adequate results. I believe that the reason why I had arthritis pain in knees and arthritis pain in hands on two a day is related to my age. I have studied a natural health program Reams Biological Theory of Ionization (RBTI) which teaches that X amount of effort is required to change body chemistry at 20yrs, XX amount of effort at 40yrs, and XXX amount of effort at 60yrs of age; after that it still increases exponentially. I believe this is why my arthritis pain in knees, hands and shoulder as well as back required a higher level of Provailen than is required for a younger person.
For a person with arthritis knee pain, arthritis in hips, arthritis pain in back, arthritis pain in shoulders and hands, one should do themselves a favor and try a natural pain reliever. I have tried several different brands to no avail. I finally came across Provailen and am very satisfied with pain relief I have received with the use of Provailen. If you have arthritis pain in your body do yourself a favor and give Provailen a try. I do not think you will be sorry, but if you have the results I have you will wonder why you waited so long.
