I thought it was time for a more recent update (it's June 2009)

Well, for anyone new coming to my channel, THANK YOU! Please subscribe as I feel like my videos must be so rubbish if I've not got a lot of subscribers. Yes, I have *very* low self esteem.

These videos are mainly going to be about my life with mental health issues. I've been suffering from anorexia for half my life - I'm now 28, but I still believe in recovery. I also struggle with a lot of other psychiatric issues, that will probably come up in my videos.

However, there's more to me than my mental health. I've recently become mummy to a rescue greyhound called Chloe, and she's simply adorable. She's helping me face my fears and gets me outside, talking to people, etc. She's an amazing dog, and I want to thank the Dogs Trust for allowing me to rescue one of their dogs =)

I'm also mum to my beloved hamster, Baby Blossom. Pet therapy is definitely better than a lot of the other therapies I've tried over the years!
