About Me:
 
I am a VERY keen kayaker who paddles mainly with Birmingham University - I did a degree in Biomedical Science there (2002-2005), then a PGCE (2006-2007). My main interest is White water. I have also been seen play boating, playing polo, surfing and have tried my hand at most other paddle sports. I love being outside and being with outdoors people. I hope that you enjoy my videos!

Music:
I listen to BBC Cymru when at home so that I dont forget my welsh (which I speak fluently). I enjoy most kinds of music. This year I have mostly been listening to the talk radio on Radio 4.
Books:
I try to pack my days as full as possible, so time to read is limited. My brother thinks I should make more time to read. If I manage to get through this weeks Times Educational Supplement I am doing well.
