@ImHereForTheMusic21 ya I went to lollapolooza to see the foo fighters (who were great of course) but was blown away by cage the elephant. especially shake me down (with the rain like you mentioned) and the end of the concert where matt climbed the facade of the stage and jumped into the crowd.

idk how or why we are comparing cobain and freddy mercury, but it's a stupid comparison. the only way in which they are similar is that both were enormous cultural icons in their own right, to their own generation of young people. other than that, their music is insanely different, their singing...
