Hello Everyone,

You may all remember me as simply p90x4life, P90X4lifewaswrong, or most recently p90x4lifewaswrong22. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I'm a natural bodybuilder who did P90X for five years. I even submitted my testimonial to Beachbody and was nearly featured on the infomercial for the program.

I found Steve Turano's videos two years ago. At first, I hated what he had to say about P90X. But it is all too true.
There is NO reason P90X should be exempt from the criticism it deserves.
